I have worked in the fitness industry for a number of years, expanding my knowledge so it can be passed on to others. I specialise in martial arts, seated exercises for the elderly, plyometric training (sports specific), weight training and general health and fitness.

I am very passionate about my training and get great satisfaction from helping people achieve there goal!

Before training with Road To Fitness I used to work out very rigorously trying to do all these heavy weights and was getting nowhere. Then Road To Fitness broke it down for me and gave me a workout regime that helped me build up to a greater level of fitness and muscle development and I started to see the results I was hoping for.

When I started training with Road to Fitness I had serious health problems, I was verging on Obese and couldn't run for more than 3-5 minutes at a time. I weighed 16 Stone, had a 42'' waist and didn't take part in any sports due to embarrassment. I now weigh 12 stone exactly, have a 33" waist and currently train 5 times a week. I'm more athletic, agile and have boundless energy!
